Perinexa installs on the hospital computer like an app. There is no server to maintain, and patient records do not leave the building.

Know your numbers
Choose a period and a consultant. Every rate is shown with its number and its denominator, and the whole report exports to Excel or prints.
- Registrations, ongoing pregnancies, high-risk share, deliveries and caesarean rate.
- Outcomes: preterm birth, low birth weight, PPH, NICU admission, breastfeeding in the first hour.
- Quality of care: early registration, four and eight visits, anomaly scan, glucose test.
- Expected deliveries for nine months ahead, and a list of patients to be called.

Clinics and consultants
Several clinics and doctors, each with its own patients, letterhead logo, registration numbers and defaults.
Login with roles
Doctor, nurse and reception users with their own PIN. An audit log records every change, print and export.
Offline first
Works without internet. Backup and restore in one click; export to CSV or FHIR; ABHA number field included.
Data and privacy

What you need
Requirements
- A Windows or Mac computer with Chrome or Edge.
- A printer. A4, colour or black and white.
- Internet only for the first font download, WhatsApp, and the optional AI add-on.
Decision support, not decision making. The treating consultant remains in charge. Any item can be changed, every printed plan says it is system-generated and may need modification as the pregnancy progresses, and the AI add-on reads and drafts but never decides treatment.
