WhatsApp messaging is part of Perinexa. The AI assistant is an optional add-on, switched on for each hospital.

WhatsApp opens with the message already written to the patient's number. Staff press Send. No extra subscription is needed.
- Ready messages in English, Hindi and Marathi: reminder, next visit, missed visit, reports ready, upcoming schedule.
- Send from the reminder list and from the list of patients to be called.
- A consent tick at registration, a warning if it is missing, and every message logged.
- Automatic sending through WhatsApp Business is available with the gateway add-on.

- Reads lab and sonography reports from a PDF or photo, showing each value beside the line it was read from, with wrong-patient and implausible-value checks.
- Drafts the paperwork: pre-visit brief, discharge summary, referral letter, insurance / TPA note.

Each use costs one or two credits. The balance and recent usage are shown in settings. Failed requests are not charged.

When credits run out only the AI pauses. Registration, schedules, alerts and printing carry on.
