Perinexa began as a consultant obstetrician's own antenatal register: enter the LMP, hand the mother a dated plan. It grew, one clinical need at a time, into a pathway from pregnancy to the newborn's follow-up.

Rules you can trace
Schedules, risk scores and cut-offs come from fixed published rules, each listed in the product with its source. Not from a model’s guess.
The consultant is in charge
Every recommendation can be changed. Aspirin, for example, is shown as a recommendation only; the doctor decides.
Status is never colour alone
Normal, attention, risk, information and pending each carry a colour, a shape and a word, so an alarm is never confused with the brand.
AI reads and drafts only
The AI add-on never decides treatment, never invents a value, and nothing it reads is saved until a user confirms it.
